🚚 Payment Terms

To ensure safe and secure delivery of our fragile products:

All orders require 50% advance payment at the time of booking and 50% Cash on Delivery (COD) upon receipt.
Our partner courier company currently offers COD service only in major cities of Pakistan.
For small towns and areas where COD is not available, we still offer Free Delivery, but the payment must be made 100% in advance.
After placing your order, our team will contact you from our official Liberty Lamps numbers to confirm your order and guide you through the payment process.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after receiving the advance payment.
Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your city and courier coverage.

Customers in non-COD areas are required to complete full advance payment before dispatch.
If COD service is available in your area, our courier will collect the remaining 50% payment upon delivery.

All Liberty Lamps products are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. In case of any visible damage upon delivery, please inspect your parcel in front of the courier and inform our team immediately.
