At Liberty Lamps, we take pride in providing high-quality lamps, décor, and art pieces. While we do not offer any refunds or returns, we do provide a fair exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence in every purchase.
🔄 Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges are accepted only if the product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You must report the issue immediately at the time of delivery, in front of the courier, and share clear pictures and details with our support team to verify the problem.

Once approved, you’ll need to send the parcel back to us in the same condition and original packaging as it was delivered.

After receiving and inspecting the returned parcel, we will dispatch your replacement product promptly.

In this case, Liberty Lamps will bear all shipping charges.
💡 Exchange for Other Reasons
If you wish to exchange a product because you simply don’t like it or want to replace it with another item from our website:

You must contact us via phone or email within 7 days of receiving your order.

After our approval, you can ship the product back to us in its original packaging.

In this case, all shipping costs (both return and new delivery) will be borne by the customer.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packing to qualify for exchange approval.
